"Kathleen did an outstanding job with our new build. She was involved right from the onset, working with us and the architect to identify what exactly we were looking for in our new home. She was involved in the planning of both the interior & exterior. Kathleen went over and beyond in researching various products and helped guide us as we made our selections. She demonstrated great knowledge in various areas, but did not hesitate to dig deeper if there was something she was unsure about. We are so grateful for her professional but yet personal manner in helping us to materialize our goals!"

"Kathleen was so helpful at every phase of our new home build. I contacted her early in the planning process to help with the floor plans. She had great suggestions that if not considered early in planning would have been difficult & expensive to change later. She reviewed everything from paint selection, furniture placement, exterior options to mirror and hardware sizing. She was very helpful sourcing finishes. She will be as involved as you need. The savings in just getting the floor plan correct was well worth any cost. Do yourself a favour let Kathleen help with any design project!"

"I am thrilled to have had the chance to work with Kathleen. We wanted to do a makeover in our home and we began with trying to choose paint for the entire house. Quite an overwhelming process, but Kathleen took us through some choices and what we could do on a small budget to change the feel of our home. It turned out amazing. and we are so happy. We are working with her on phase two of our makeover, which is freshening up our kitchen and main bathroom on a limited budget. We can’t rip out the cupboards but she has some great ideas that we can do ourselves which will have great impact and visual appeal."
"We came to Kathleen with a sense of hope that she can turn our main floor of mismatched furniture to a cohesive timeless look. She listened to our ideas, asked questions to help understand our renovation goals and ultimately provided us with detailed floor plans and then a concept package for the entire main floor. Ideas included paint colours, key furniture pieces and a layout along with how to update pieces we currently have. She helped us see how with a few key changes, our main floor can easily be modern and functional for our growing family. I value her honesty and professionalism."
"What a pleasure it was to work with Kathleen! From the very beginning of the design process, I was blown away with how creative and knowledgeable she is. She very easily took my ideas and turned them into a concept that perfectly reflected my personality and design aesthetic. She was extremely hands on when it came to coordinating with the contractor while at the same time, made sure I was aware of and approved all decisions. Her genuine care and passion for design is so evident! She treated my project as if it were her own and every detail (especially details that I would never think about) were considered. I cannot recommend working with her enough!"

"We hired Kathleen to assist us with a complete remodel of our basement to match the contemporary design of our upper floors. A complex project, requiring installation of steel beams and relocation of HVAC, were just a few challenges to completely transform the space. She created an unparalleled design which exceeded our expectations, managing design, drawings, and most importantly the day-to-day interactions and direction to the GC. The finished product is exceptional with thoughtful selections from design to function for our family."
"Kathleen made sure to stick to my personal style, comforts and budget when planning my renovation. She guided me through many decisions that I was unsure of. Her colour selection, palettes and style for my place were practical, stylish with a bit of cozy chic - selecting decor and furnishings from a variety of places that fused a look that flowed. Kathleen was easy to work with, easy to contact when needed and ensured I stuck to my budget. What turned out was a breath-taking space that many wouldn't believe possible. I highly recommend Kathleen for her creativity, quick problem solving, and patience."
From our very first meeting, Kathleen listened to our must haves and preferences as well as our dislikes. Although we provided a few photos of our ideas, she came up with an excellent vision for our home, paying attention to detail (from outlet, lighting placement to paint selection and furniture placement) during the entire process! Kathleen played an integral role in designing our new home that reflected our personal style and lifestyle. She provided really good recommendations and options in terms of aesthetics, function and cost, and guided us in any area we were unsure of. We definitely recommend. The quality, timing, and design - first class!”
